CUSTOMER SERVICES TRAINING COURSE, LONDON, KING'S CROSS

We, at Lakwera Services, believe that customer services is a very important feature of a business and we strive to offer extremely high customer services.

We implemented this in our training courses and we are proud to announce that we can deliver accredited training in Level 2 Customer Services (QCF).

This accredited qualification is suitable for learners wishing to improve their knowledge of the importance of customer service including how to satisfy customers’ expectations. It is designed for learners who deal with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role and is applicable to a variety of work environments.

 

This qualification has been designed for delivery to any learner working or preparing to work in a customer service role or where using the telephone is a part of their role.

 

The qualification covers the principles of customer service including how to meet customer expectations, the importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques as well as ways to deal with problem customers.

  • How long will the course take?
    • 1/2 day, maximum 4 hours
  • How is the course assessed?
    • This qualification is assessed through a 30-question multiple-choice question examination. The duration of the examination is 1 hour. Successful learners must achieve a score of at least 20 out of 30. 

  • What next?
    • The awarding body, Highfield will provide us with a list of results stating whether learners have passed or failed. Certificates for successful learners will be dispatched for distribution by Lakwera Services posted 1st class to be signed for.

COURSE SYNOPSIS:

  1. Understand the principles of customer service
  2. Understand how customer needs and expectations are formed
  3. Know the interpersonal skills and appropriate behaviour required in the customer service environment
  4. Understand the principles of responding to customers’ problems or complaints 

 

Level 2 Award in Conflict Management (QCF) also available at £65/candidate.

 

This accredited qualification meets the requirements of anyone with a customer-facing role who deals with service users or the general public. It is also relevant to those who would like a better understanding of the prevention of conflict, giving them more confidence in dealing with situations as they arise.

 

This qualification is generic and can be applied to a wide range of learners and sectors.

Subjects covered by the conflict management qualification include legislation, clear communication, proactive service delivery, situation assessment and managing unrealistic expectations. There are a number of benefits for businesses in entering employees for this qualification, one of which is improved customer service levels.

Following the completion of this award the learner will know how to:

  • communicate to solve problems and reduce the potential for conflict
  • identify the factors that influence human responses in conflict situations
  • assess and reduce risks in conflict situations
  • communicate effectively and de-escalate conflict in emotive situations
  • use good practice after conflict situations

Level 2 Customer Services (QCF) together with Level 2 Conflict Management (QCF) both for £100/candidate instead of £130, if studied together. The coflict managemnet course will be useful for candidates that deal with customers directly and it is extremely helpful in knowing how to difuse conflict and how to deal with a conflict situation.
